RETURNS POLICY

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

At MY AMORA, we understand how desperately you may want to receive your order – the quicker, the better, right?

We pride ourselves in our fast and discreet delivery service, which means you can lean back and put your mind at ease. All our orders are shipped within 24 hours (incl. weekend orders). As long as you place your order before 2PM AEST, it will be dispatched on the same day. If you've missed the 2pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the following day. For the quickest dispatch, we recommend using our credit card payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. Credit card payments are instant. All orders are sent via Australia Post in plain packaging without any references to its content or sender.
