Gay match making

“Just because you have a gay friend doesn’t mean introducing us is a match made in heaven”!

𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕤 𝕚𝕤 𝕒𝕨𝕜𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕕!

I understand that the straight community has the logic that all gays stick together. And yes, it’s somewhat true. We prefer our own company to yours.

However, it’s hard to find gay friends. Just like the straight community, you want friends with the same values, interests, vibe.

Just like in high school, the nerds sat at the library, the athletes sat at the sports shed, the stoners sat behind the manual arts block, the drama queens and dancers sat near the media hall.

Gays are divided too, same as all you straights!

Gay is a broad term, there are subcultures, different factors at play, and of course, we divide or segregate ourselves in the same way that the straight community does too.

Just because we fight for inclusivity, doesn't mean we don't judge or have social, economic, cultural divides! We are after all the same as you!
